Lachung means "Small Pass". Lachung is a small beautiful village in North Sikkim. It is the gateway to Yumthang Valley and Zero Point and is a devine abode perched at an elevation of 8800ft. It is an ideal place to spent beautiful moments in solitude. Lachung is one amongst the most beautiful village that is adorned with the vista of snow capped mountians, astounding waterfalls and dazzling streams lined with the Rhododendron forest. It is 122KM and takes 5 to 6 hours to reach from Gangtok.
